Vacation photo mail

Wish you were here — in the mailbox.

Turn a travel photo into a real postcard we print and mail. No stamps, no tourist-shop rack. Upload a picture from the trip, write the note, and we mail a 4x6 card to a U.S. address — postage included.

How it works

To mail a vacation photo as a postcard, upload one to four photos from your phone, write the note, add a U.S. recipient address, and check out. Vantage prints the 4x6 card and includes U.S. postage. You can pick a mailing time at checkout; that date is when the card enters the mail stream, not a guaranteed arrival day.

Skip the gift-shop rack

You already have the photo. Skip the tourist-shop postcard and mail the picture you actually took.

Vantage prints it and mails a real 4x6 card to a U.S. address. No stamps. No rack of generic views.

Use a photo from your phone (1–4 photos)

Upload one photo or a small set of up to four. Approve the crop, write the note, and add the address.

We print and mail the finished 4x6 postcard. You never export a file to print yourself.

Optional place / weather context when the photo has metadata

If the photo includes GPS and a capture date, the card can show honest place and original-day weather context.

If that data is missing, add a place yourself or send without coordinates. Vantage does not invent a location or silently use your current device position.

We handle print and U.S. postage

No stamps. No printer. Checkout includes U.S. postage. We send the finished card to a print-and-mail provider.

Recipients are U.S. addresses only. One vacation postcard is $2.99 with postage included.

Pick a processing start date at checkout (15 minutes to one year ahead)

At checkout you can choose when processing begins, from 15 minutes to one year ahead. Vantage holds your card until that date, then sends it for printing and mailing.

Printing and postal delivery take additional time after your chosen date. It is not an arrival date. Exact arrival depends on production timing, USPS flow, holidays, and address accuracy. Vantage does not promise a guaranteed arrival day.

Questions about Vantage postcards

Can I mail a vacation postcard internationally?

Vantage currently mails to U.S. recipient addresses only.

If I pick a processing date, will the card arrive that day?

No. Your chosen date is when Vantage sends the card for printing and mailing. Printing and USPS delivery happen afterward, so choose an earlier processing date for a special occasion. Arrival on a specific day is not guaranteed.

How far ahead can I schedule processing?

You can choose a processing start date from 15 minutes to one year ahead. Printing and mailing begin after that date; postal delivery takes additional time.
