How it works
You can mail a photo as a postcard online without printing it yourself: upload the image, approve the 4x6 layout and message, enter the recipient's U.S. address, and complete checkout. Vantage sends the artwork to a professional print-and-mail provider and includes U.S. postage.

Check the crop before you mail your photo
Choose a photo with room around faces, handwriting, and other details you want to keep. A photo that fills a landscape 4x6 rectangle can lose content at the top and bottom when its proportions differ. Different orientations and layouts can crop other edges.
The illustration shows one centered fill crop, not your final postcard. The free checker estimates a single photo covering the full print canvas, including bleed by default. Your selected style, mat, orientation, and multi-photo layout can change how the image fits. Review your actual front and back before payment; the checker cannot guarantee the final printed crop or color.
From upload to mail stream
After upload, Vantage creates a postcard front from the photo and a postcard back with the sender's note, recipient address, optional location stamp, and optional QR code. The finished artwork is sent to a print-and-mail provider for production.
This avoids the normal manual path: design a card, export a file, find a printer, buy postage, write the address, and drop it in the mail.
Turnaround and delivery expectations
Postcards are queued after checkout and then move through print production and USPS delivery. Exact arrival depends on production timing, mail flow, holidays, and address accuracy.
Vantage surfaces order status when provider updates are available, but it avoids promising a guaranteed arrival day for ordinary postcard mail.
What can appear on the card
The printed postcard can include the selected image, the sender's note, optional place details, and a QR code. If the original photo supports GPS and capture-date metadata, the stamp can include more precise context.
If metadata is missing, the sender can add a place manually or leave the location unknown. The card still works as a mailed photo postcard.

Do I need to print the postcard myself?
No. Vantage creates the postcard artwork and sends it through a print-and-mail provider.
Will my whole photo fit the postcard?
A fill layout can crop a photo when its proportions differ from the image area. Styles that contain the image can leave space around it instead. The checker is an estimate for one photo filling the print canvas; review your selected front and back before payment, and keep important details away from trimmed edges.
Is postage included?
Yes. U.S. postage is included in Vantage's single postcard price.
Can I mail to any country?
Vantage currently focuses on U.S. recipient addresses.
