How it works
To send a photo postcard online with Vantage, upload one to four photos, approve the 4x6 design and printed note, add a U.S. mailing address, and check out. A single card is $2.99 with postage included, and the recipient needs no account or app.

What Vantage mails
Vantage creates a physical 4x6 postcard from your uploaded photo, printed note, recipient address, and optional digital preview QR code.
The recipient receives a real postcard by mail and does not need an account or app.
How metadata is handled
If your photo contains GPS and capture-date metadata, Vantage can use it for location and original-day weather context. If that data is missing, you can add a place manually or send without coordinates.
Vantage does not silently use your current device location to fill in missing photo metadata.
Privacy and access
New digital previews are unlisted: anyone with the link or printed QR code can open them, but they are not listed in public search. Add access-code protection to restrict access. We never sell your photos or address data.

Questions about Vantage postcards
What does one photo postcard cost?
One standard 4x6 postcard is $2.99 with printing and U.S. postage included. Review the order total before completing Stripe Checkout.
Do I need to subscribe or create an account?
No. You can create and check out as a guest for one postcard. Subscriptions are optional, and the recipient needs no account or app.
Can I use more than one photo?
Yes. Use one photo or combine up to four in the optional split or grid layouts. Approve the front and back preview before checkout.
What if my photo has no GPS data?
You can type a place or address manually, or leave the location unknown. Vantage does not silently use your current device location.
Can weather match the photo day?
Yes, when the uploaded photo includes usable GPS and capture-date metadata. If not, Vantage uses current weather when a location is available, or leaves the stamp as observed.
Is this just a digital postcard?
No. The card is printed and mailed as a physical 4x6 postcard. The QR preview is an optional extra.
Who can open the QR-linked preview?
New previews are unlisted, so anyone with the link or printed QR code can open them. Unlisted is not access-code protection. Enable protection to require the access code; existing shared links keep their original settings.
Can I choose the day the postcard arrives?
Vantage does not guarantee an arrival day. You can choose a future mailing time, which holds the paid card before print-and-mail handoff. Production timing, USPS delivery, holidays, and address accuracy affect arrival.
Does AI write the note for me?
No. You write the printed note yourself. The photo and your words are what get mailed.
