The fine print

Terms and privacy

Review the Vantage Postcards terms of service, photo and EXIF handling, print fulfillment, fees, subscription rules, privacy practices, and refund policy.

Terms of service

Vantage Postcards is operated by Evko Development LLC. You retain ownership of uploaded photos and grant Vantage the limited rights needed to process, format, print, and distribute your postcard order.

Metadata and EXIF

Vantage can parse image metadata when available. Missing GPS coordinates remain unknown unless you enter a place or address; Vantage does not silently substitute your current device location.

Printing, payments, and refunds

Vantage coordinates printing and U.S. delivery through its print-and-mail network. Stripe processes payments. Prepaid card packs are one-time purchases separate from Gold and Platinum subscriptions; they cover standard 4x6 U.S. postcards but do not unlock subscription features. Card-pack credits do not apply to 6×9 Holiday Cards, which are priced and purchased separately. Redeemed custom postcard orders are final except where required by law, and subscriptions can be canceled before a future renewal.

Privacy

Vantage uses personal and order data to create, fulfill, support, and display postcard experiences. It does not sell, rent, or trade personal information or uploaded media to third-party advertisers.

Selected-contact import

On iPhone, Vantage uses Apple's contact picker so a signed-in sender can choose people with postal addresses. The picker does not request blanket Contacts access, and Vantage never modifies Apple contacts. Google Contacts import is offered on the website, not inside the iOS app.

With read-only permission, Vantage requests only names and postal addresses from Google Contacts for a user-initiated import. Google access tokens remain in temporary browser memory and are not retained by Vantage. Unselected contacts are not sent to Vantage, and Vantage does not modify Google contacts or create aggregate or derived contact profiles.

Only recipient names and postal addresses the sender explicitly selects are stored in the sender's private account. The sender can review, edit, and delete each saved recipient or permanently delete the account. Selected names and addresses may be shared with Firebase for private account storage and with Lob solely for address validation and user-requested postcard printing and mailing.

Vantage does not use Google user data for advertising, credit or lending decisions, data-broker enrichment, profiling, or AI and machine-learning model training. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
