What is Vantage Postcards?

Vantage Postcards turns a meaningful photo into a premium 4x6 physical postcard with optional location, date, weather context, a sender note, U.S. postage, and a QR-linked digital preview.

Can I send a single postcard without a subscription?

Yes. You can send one postcard for $2.99 with U.S. postage included, or choose a monthly plan for included postcards.

Can I use more than one photo?

Yes. The default path keeps one photo simple, and the optional Photo Story controls let you combine up to four photos in split or grid layouts.

What happens if my photo does not include GPS metadata?

If GPS metadata is missing, Vantage does not automatically use your current device location. You can manually enter a place or address, or leave coordinates unknown. Weather can use the photo's original day when GPS and capture-date metadata are available; otherwise it falls back to current conditions or observed context.

Is the digital postcard public?

New digital previews are unlisted: anyone with the link or printed QR code can open them, but they are not listed in public search. Add access-code protection when you want to restrict access. Existing shared links keep their original settings.

Can I add more photos or video behind the QR code?

Yes. Active Gold and Platinum members can attach a private Digital Memory gallery with additional photos and videos. The gallery requires a protected postcard, recipient email, printed QR code, and emailed access code.

What if the postcard is damaged or does not arrive?

Delivery support is available from your dashboard. Verified delivery failures can receive one replacement; reported damage or non-delivery is reviewed first, and returned mail requires an address correction.

Yes. At checkout, choose a processing start date from 15 minutes to one year ahead, then complete checkout. Vantage holds your card until that date, then sends it for printing and mailing. Printing and postal delivery take additional time. Your chosen date is not an arrival date, so allow time for both before a special occasion.
